To ensure seamless processing, customers must ensure that all items sent to our warehouse comply with Indian laws and the regulations of transit and destination countries.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of items that are prohibited from being shipped through our service. We reserve the right to investigate and take necessary actions—including returning items, suspending or terminating accounts, and notifying authorities—if we suspect any illegal or fraudulent activity or if required by law.

  • Items restricted by transit or destination countries
  • Hazardous or combustible materials (as per IATA regulations)
  • Flammable liquids or solids, oxidizers, and toxic substances
  • Radioactive, corrosive materials such as cleaning agents
  • Products containing alcohol, like nail polish, perfumes, and sprays
  • Electronics requiring export licenses (e.g., radars, telecom equipment)
  • Live or dead animals, animal parts, and hunting trophies
  • Human or animal remains or ashes
  • Bullion (precious metals like gold, silver, platinum)
  • Loose precious and semi-precious stones
  • Currency, cash, traveler’s checks
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia
  • Products with restricted batteries or magnets
  • Agarbattis/incense sticks (limited to 1kg per shipment)
  • Unidentified or improperly labeled powders, liquids, or substances
  • Gambling items (lottery tickets, slot machines)
  • Items containing compressed air (shock absorbers, airbags)
  • Counterfeit or fake goods
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Antique statues, sculptures, or artwork
  • Plant seeds and perishable animal-based food products
  • Drugs (prescription and non-prescription)
  • Pornographic materials, condoms, or sex toys
  • Soil samples
  • Lighters with fuel
  • Law enforcement equipment (handcuffs, batons, etc.)
  • Explosives, firearms, or weapons (including parts or accessories)
  • Mace, stun guns, knives, or scissors
  • Imitation jewelry without an appraiser’s certificate
  • Fragile items that may be easily damaged

Additionally, food products must comply with local regulations, such as FSSAI certification for Australia and New Zealand.
